We loved pretty much everything about this hotel. The room size, light, air conditioning, and restaurant/ bar/ chillout area downstairs. The staff were very friendly and treated us like royalty. The hotel was very clean and the room was beautiful. It was conveniently located near a metro station that gave us easy access across the city.

The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional. The rooms, the bathroom, and all common areas were spotless and well-maintained. The hotel facilities were unique and quirky. The ice bar was a particularly exciting feature, and the complimentary upgrade to a better room was a pleasant surprise. The staff, especially Peter the manager, Philip on the bar, and Ibrahim on reception, were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. Their professionalism and passion for their work were evident.
